Claire will be competing in the British International open Championships this weekend in Sheffield, the event starts on Friday morning and ends on Saturday.
These championships are also a second chance for swimmers to qualify for the European Championships in Berlin in July.
On the 27th and 28th of May she will be competing the BT Paralympic World Cup in Manchester, this is an event that has been running for a few years now and puts the best in the world up against each other. The initial idea was to give the top swimmers from Britain the equivalent of a Paralympic final, but in Britain. Claire will be swimming in the 50 free and the 100 fly events, not her lead strokes, but still good practice for next year.
