Joining the Hills Ford team as a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all of our car and van service department customers, ensuring they are provided with first class customer service and care throughout their visit.
This role involves taking telephone enquiries and bookings, scheduling work on customer vehicles, invoicing of repairs, providing accurate estimates for servicing, repairs and ensuring the customer is fully aware of likely timescales and costs.
You will also be encouraged to promote the sale of genuine parts and accessories whenever possible, acting on opportunities to sell additional products/services and market current promotions.
Skills & Experience required for the job:
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm and Saturdays 8.30am to 5pm on rota 1 in 6
