Are you closing?

No. Hills Ford Malvern is not closing, we are relocating to a new site in Worcester, May 2026. Until then Malvern remains fully open and operating as normal.

Will I still see the same people?

Yes. The same friendly team that looks after you today will be there to welcome you in Worcester.

I’d prefer to stay local. Can you still look after my car in Malvern?

Absolutely. Our BH Motors Service & MOT Centre in Malvern, which is part of the Hills family, will continue to offer servicing, MOTs and repairs, with an expanded team to support local customers.

What will the Worcester site offer when you relocate?

A large, modern dealership offering new and used Ford cars and commercial vehicles, a wide selection of used cars and vans from all manufacturers, and campervans. All supported by a state-of-the-art workshop for cars, commercial vehicles, and campervans.

What about warranty work for Ford vehicles?

Ford warranty work will be carried out at the Worcester dealership. To make things easy, we will offer a collection & delivery service beween Malvern and Worcester.

When will the Malvern site close?

The Malvern site will remain open as usual until the Worcester site opens in May 2026. As we get closer to the closing date, we’ll be in touch to let you know.

Will Brookhire remain open?

Brookhire in Malvern remains unaffected and is open as usual. We will also be opening and additional Brookhire branch at the Worcester site when it launches.

Do I need to do anything?

No action is required. You can continue booking your aftersales appointments as normal, or if you’re looking for a new vehicle our teams are on hand to assist. If you’d prefer to stay local for your MOT & servicing, BH Motors is open and ready to help. If you visit Worcester after our relocation, we’ll have all of your details and history ready to go.

We can introduce you to a selected panel of lenders, which includes manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent. An introduction to a lender does not amount to independent financial advice and we act as their agent for this introduction. Our approach is to introduce you first to the manufacturer lender linked directly to the particular franchise you are purchasing your vehicle from, who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we then seek to introduce you to whichever of the other lenders on our panel is able to make the next best offer of finance for you. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed.
