Job description

Hills Ford is seeking an experienced and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at our Malvern dealership. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving the success of our new and used vehicle sales.

The ideal candidate will already have at least 5 years experience of selling both New & Used cars/cv's, working to monthly and quarterly targets. You should have experience of working to manufacturer standards including customer satisfaction. Experience of Motability and F&I is preferred but not essential.

Joining our new and used sales department , you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Our Sales Executives are the key points of contact and pay close attention to detail to understand customers wants and needs.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers professionally via email, telephone, and in person to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
Negotiate sales orders and final pricing in line with company policies.
Complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently for each transaction.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Uphold manufacturer standards, including customer satisfaction metrics.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in new and used car sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Experience working to manufacturer standards and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of Motability and Finance & Insurance (F&I) products (preferred but not essential).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
A self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven approach.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
A full UK driving licence.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 8:45am - 6:00pm (with one day off every other week)
Saturdays 8:45am - 5:30pm
Sundays Ad-hoc shows and special events only

Hills Ford are a family owned and operated business with 3 Ford dealership sites in Worcestershire - one in Malvern and two in Kidderminster, in addition to a vehicle rental business operating a 100 vehicle fleet in Malvern and Kidderminster plus representing the Pilote Motorhome and camper brand in Kidderminster.
