Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and talented Marketing Executive to be based at our Hills Ford dealership in Kidderminster who will work across all our exciting brands.

The Role

Working closely with the Directors, Group Marketing Operations Director and Marketing Manager you will work across all company brands on and offline.

The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role to create and deliver effective marketing plans in a variety of B2B and B2C markets being proactive and reactive to ever changing weekly business conditions.

We would expect after 9 to 12 months to see the Marketing Executive settled in well to the role with the ambition of becoming a Brand Manager responsible for their own portfolio of MTCR brands.

The Candidate

We are looking for someone with around two years’ marketing experience ideally with some level of automotive/retail marketing experience although this is not essential. You’ll have an interest in cars and creativity along with the ability to get under the skin of a project.

Once in the role you’ll help out and manage a variety of our portfolios projects from website content and developing creative campaigns to database ownership, social media and event management.

You’ll have an understanding of the usual on and offline marketing channels plus an interest in video production and editing.

There’s a lot of work to do but if you like to manage all aspects of the marketing mix then this could be for you.

Main Purpose of the Job

1.To help plan, manage and evaluate all forms or marketing activity for all MTCR businesses comprising; Hills Ford, Hills Automotive, Hills Campervans, Hills Contracts, Hills Self Store, Brookhire, BH Motors and Creation449.

2.To work with the marketing team to develop, manage plus evaluate quarterly and annual marketing plans

3.To consistently raise the profile of MTCR brands into agreed market areas

4.To generate enquiries into all group businesses through innovative marketing and awareness campaigns

5.Assist with management of group databases to ensure data integrity and ensure required content is maintained

6.Regular reporting to Directors, Group Marketing Operations Director and the Management Team of marketing plans and success of previous or ongoing campaigns.

8.An understanding of content management e.g. WordPress, HTML emailers

9.Microsoft packages; Word, PowerPoint, Excel

10.Experience of using CRM systems

11.Ability to blend digital, social and traditional marketing together.
