Motor Vehicle Technician

We are looking to recruit an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician for our Ford Franchised Dealership in Kidderminster, West Midlands.

We are offering a £2,000 signing bonus for this position! £1000 will be paid after 3 months successful employment and £1,000 will be paid after 9 months of employment and successful completion of probation period.

At least 3 years experience of working in a Franchised Dealer or Independent Garage/ Repair Centre is required, and you must be competent in the service, and repair of vehicles to manufacturer standards. You must hold a Full UK driving licence, be a committed individual and a good team player. You must be able to produce a high quality of work in a busy environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for your team.

An MOT testers licence would be preferable however where a candidate wishes to train to become an MOT tester we would put you through MOT training fully funded by the company. In addition Ford training will be given and we will invest on your ongoing career progression.

Hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis.
