An opportunity has arisen for a Site Administrator & Customer Care Advisor at our Hills Ford site in Mustow Green, Kidderminster.
Full time role working Monday to Friday.
We are a family owned and run car, van and motorhome dealership, looking for a Site Administrator & Customer Care Advisor to join our growing business.
Site Administrator key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Invoicing of Sales Vehicles, and file progressing
- Vehicle Taxing
- File Checking
- Assisting with Vehicle Funding using online systems
- Daily Banking
- Group GDPR Data checks
- Customer database amendments/updates
- Sales CRM reviews
- Filing
- Post handling
- Driving duties (sales and aftersales)
- Social Media Assistance
Customer Care key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Meet and greet customers arriving in the showroom
- Telephonist for new and existing sales and aftersales calls and distribute as required
- Post sale/aftersales follow up calls
- Assist with booking in customers for servicing and repairs at other sites
- Service & MOT reminder calls
- Assist with holiday cover for service advisors at other sites within the group when required
The successful candidate will ideally have car dealership / sales background. They will be professional, will need to be extremely organised, have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile. The successful candidate will thrive working in a busy environment and be a great team player. There will be approximately 2 half days per week working from our sister site on Worcester Road in Kidderminster.
