Motor Vehicle Technician - Full Time

We are looking to recruit an experienced Motor Vehicle technician/mechanic for our Ford Franchised Dealership in Newtown Road, Malvern, Worcestershire. An MOT tester licence would be ideal but not essential. We would be willing cover the cost of achieving MOT tester status for those wishing to undertake.

At least 3 years experience of working in a Franchised Dealer or Independent Garage/ Repair Centre is required, and you must be competent in the service, and repair of vehicles to manufacturer standards. You must hold a Full UK driving licence, be a committed individual and a good team player. You must be able to produce a high quality of work in a busy environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for your team.

In addition Ford training will be given and we will invest on your ongoing career progression.

Hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis .
22 days holiday per annum (+ Bank holidays) rising to 24 days + B/Hols based on length of service.
