Valeter / Driver

Location: Brookhire (Malvern)
Pay: £12.71 – £13.00 per hour
Contract Type: Zero-hour contract
Working Hours: Monday – Friday between 8:00am – 5:30pm (as required)

About the Role

At Brookhire, every vehicle that leaves our site represents our standards and our reputation.

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Valeter and Driver to join our team, preparing a wide range of vehicles to the high standards our customers expect.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Valeting Team, you will:

• Wash, vacuum and prepare vehicles to Brookhire’s required standards
• Carry out full internal and external vehicle preparation
• Clean upholstery, carpets and interiors as required
• Follow our valeting processes using the correct equipment and materials
• Liaise daily with other members of the team to ensure vehicles are prepared in line with schedules
• Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures, including correct use of clothing and cleaning chemicals
• Carry out ad-hoc driving duties as required

This role will involve working outdoors in all weather conditions, so a practical, can-do attitude is essential.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things properly.

You will:

• Have previous valeting experience (preferred)
• Have exceptional attention to detail
• Be organised and professional in your approach
• Be reliable, flexible and hardworking
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Hold a full UK Driving Licence (required)
• Be confident driving a range of vehicles

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is motivated, committed and understands that quality presentation reflects directly on our business.

Contract & Flexibility

This is a zero-hours position, offering flexibility to suit operational demand.

Some weeks may offer fewer hours, while others may offer up to approximately 25 hours depending on vehicle volumes and business requirements.
